I've downloaded Coinops 4 so I'll get that on there when this is done. What is the best way to do this and the best software to use and where to get it from. The hard drive is Samsung hd400ld and it can be locked checking the compatibility site. I haven't tested the hard drive yet should I test it before starting to try to replace the xbox hard drive? If yes, what's the best way to test it? The guy I bought it from of the internet said "I think i tested it and it was fine with no errors under windows disc checker" I'm going to have to revive/dig up my old computer for the IDE connection. I have 400 gb IDE harddrive that I bought. ![]() I've set up a folder on E-Drive called videos for now with just a few things in there. Presumably your using a stock hdd so best bet would be to upgrade to a larger hdd or keep your media on a network share. Ideally you would keep e for just Xbmc but there is room for a couple of films if you want, just make sure you don't completely fill e or Xbox will have no space for cache files. ![]() Whufclee wrote:Don't use c - keep that just for system files. ![]()
